Guymer Bailey is an award-winning practice with offices in Brisbane and Melbourne. ‘the Discovery’ team, headed up by Tim Guymer (who has a distinguished reputation for originality and innovation) developed a philosophy for the building that draws on the natural amphitheatre of the land and its lush tropical vegetation. The team’s expertise in sustainable design, energy efficient design and lifecycle costing and their interpretive design skills are also displayed in ‘the Discovery’ project. Every aspect from the construction to the detailing and finishes is testament to their experience, eco-sustainable beliefs and attention to detail.
